BANANA BOATS

This past weekend we went camping in Big Sur. Thanks to our fellow camper, Juanita, this amazing yummy delight is going to be a staple in all camping trips from here on out. It's simple and delicious!


Ingredients: bananas, chocolate, marshmallows, fire
1. Cut into unpeeled banana lengthwise but not all the way through.
2. Push slightly together as you would a baked potato.
3. Break off pieces of chocolate (we used our traditional Hersey's bar) and stuff into banana.
4. Fill on top with mini marshmallows.
5. Place on grill and cook until banana is done and marshmallows are melty.

    I love that you posted this delicious treat from Juanita's grandpa! it's so easy! i don't have much of a sweet tooth but these where so good, specially when enjoyed around the campfire with good company
